Should you require medical attention during off hours or holidays, call (603) 537-1300, leave a detailed message with our answering service, and our on-call provider will return your call.
If you DO NOT receive a return call within 15 MINUTES, we encourage you to call the service again and let them know that you did not receive a call back. (If your phone is set to block unlisted numbers, you must unblock your phone to receive a call back.)
If it is a situation that cannot wait for a call back, go to your local emergency room immediately.

Please note that we have three locations in Derry: 6 Tsienneto Road (our main practice), 14A Tsienneto Road and 15 Tsienneto Road (see ).
Our Derry practice located at 6 Tsienneto Road is temporarily closed. If you have an appointment with a “6T” provider, please consult our daily directory for provider location HERE. Saturday appointments will be held at our Londonderry practice (6 Buttrick Road) until further notice.

Directions:
From North: From I-293 S/Everett Tpke S take the exit I-293 S toward NH-101/Milford/Portsmouth. Keep right to follow I-293 S toward NH-101/Milford/Portsmouth, then right again to exit onto NH-101 W toward US-3/Milford/NH-114/Bedford. Merge onto US-3/S. River Rd. The 160 Building is on the right just past the intersection with Meetinghouse Rd.
From South: Driving north on the Everett Tpke, take exit 13 toward Raymond Wieczorek Dr./Manchester Airport. Keep right to take US-3/S River Rd ramp toward Merrimack. Turn left onto US-3 N/S River Rd. 160 South River Road is on the left, with a turning lane. If traffic is heavy, continue N to the light at Meetinghouse Rd and make a U-turn back to 160 S. River Rd, turning right into the parking lot.
From East: From NH-101 W take the Kilton Rd exit toward US-3/S. River Rd. Turn right onto S River Rd/US-3 S. The 160 Building is on the right in .53 mile, just past intersection with Meetinghouse Rd.
From West: From NH-101, take the Meetinghouse Rd. exit toward US-3/S River Rd. Turn left on Meetinghouse Rd. Turn right on South River Road, the entrance to 160 S. River Rd. is immediately on your left.

If you miss that first right, you can take the second right into Delahunty Florist and Greenhouse driveway to access our parking lot from the back.
